Security Mortgage Group Serves MH Communities in New York, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Arizona in March 2012

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (March 28, 2012)

Security Mortgage Group is pleased to announce five mortgage closings for communities in 5 States across the country in the month of March.

Summit Chase Apartments of Binghamton, New York acquired $9,782,000 in permanent mortgage financing on March 28. This mortgage was structured with a 10 year term and a 30 year amortization schedule.

On March 23, Parkview Terrace MH Park secured $249,000 in permanent mortgage financing. The Marshfield, WI community has 175 home sites.

Hidden Cove MH Community acquired $3,840,000 in acquisition financing on March 16. The 282-homesite community is located in Bedford, Ohio.

Camino Vista MH Park of Phoenix, Arizona closed on permmanent mortgage financing on March 14. The $2,300,000 loan for the 101 homesite community was structured with a 10 year term and a 30 year amortization schedule.

An Undisclosed MH Community in the Northeast with approximately 130 home sites arranged $2,381,000 in permanent mortgage financing on March 2. This loan was also prepared with a 10 year term and a 30 year amortization.
